The price is subject to change depending on the date of the conference participant’s booking (the earlier the better, Krakow is a tourist city all year round, as well as a business and educational centre with a large number of visitors, business meetings or conferences).

Kraków offers a lot of hotels and hostels of various standards and at various prices, so anybody can easily find adequate accommodation in Kraków using standard ways of booking through the Internet. We can also organise and offer places for a certain number of participants who preferred to have accommodation in the guesthouses of the Jagiellonian University (St. Pigoń and Florianska Guest Houses) in the city centre booked by the conference organisers. In that case, a personal application with specific dates of stay in Krakow during the conference is necessary. These places are very crowded, so please let us know as soon as possible if this option suits you,

There are a number of quick and easy direct tram and bus connections to the Campus. It is also possible to get to the Campus by taxi. It takes about 30 minutes to get to the campus by public transport (including getting to the bus stop) from the city centre, about 25 minutes from the Łagiewniki district, about 35 minutes from the Zwierzyniec district, about 20 minutes from the Dębniki district, and about 20 minutes from the City Centre. 35 minutes, from the Dębniki district about 20 minutes, from the Podgórze district about 40 minutes.
